（五）師資、教材、基地的一體化建設。在師資建過程設上，我們主〗要從部機關、省級廳局、部屬事業單位，黨校、行政院校，高誰也不行等院校和科研院所，企業、社會團體和合作機構選聘優秀師⌒ 資，並進行呼了口氣動態管理。在教材連半仙存在建設上，我們加大了對人力資源管理、社會保障以及各類職業技能培訓 一團黑霧突然在此處出現教材的自主研發，同時註意選 笑著搖了搖頭用市場上權威的正式出版物作為培訓教材。
Government employee training: Carrying out training programs according to the annual training plan made by the MOHRSS on topics of the party spirit and the construction of a clean government, laws regulations and policies of MOHRSS, comprehensive abilities and related. We make customized training programs according to training needs from local governments, carrying out “point to point and face to face” tailored training concerning the difficult problems and hot problems in business. In recent years, more than 50 training programs have been delivered with more than 10000 trainees from different levels of government each year. These training have played an important role in updating the professional knowledge, improving policy understanding and quality ability of the government employees in the field of the Human Resources and Social Security nationwide.
Enterprise staff training: Following the adult learning law, distinguishing the characteristics of industries and regions, we has designed and delivered a variety of well-designed training programs with the orientation of the enterprises needs for the enterprises staff engaged in human resource management by the advantages of the training materials and teachers/trainers. In addition, the tailored training service is not only welcome by the enterprises but also has a vast market prospect.
Vocational training: Oriented by the social needs, we delivered professional skills training programs around the talents training of social shortage sophisticated talent. We has collaborated with many government authorities, public institutions, industry association and nongovernmental organizations such as Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Education, China Disabled Persons’ Federation, Renmin University of China, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Wuhan University, organizing and delivering vocational training on energy conservation and environmental protection, Building Information Modeling, Internet+, finance and tax, human resources management, business services and so on. The carrying out of a series of training programs promotes different peoples’ vocational training ability, pushing the employment and entrepreneurship in the whole society, manifesting good social benefit and economic benefit.
Network training: Adapted to the rapid development of the modern information technology, we actively implement the network training to better meet the trainee’s diversified and personalized learning needs, setting up a more broader learning and training platform for promoting all kinds of professionals’ abilities, delivering better user experience and more value-added service for the trainees and the employers.
The integrated construction of teachers, teaching materials and training centers: In term of teachers/trainers, we have built up a teachers/trainers tank, selecting and managing dynamically excellent teachers mainly from the Director-Generals and Division Directors from the functional departments of MOHRSS, research institutions under MOHRSS, party school, school of administration, universities, research institutes, enterprises, non-governmental organizations and cooperative partners. Regarding teaching and training materials, we have strengthened the research and development of training materials on human resources management, social insurance and all kinds of vocational training materials. In addition, we are careful to select the authoritative official publications in the market as training materials.
Now we have two training branches, one is Training Branch in Jiujiang City, the other is Chengde School of Advanced Technology (Training Branch in Chengde City). Training Branch in Jiujiang is an international professional training branch which is built with the help of ILO in the 1980s, locating at the foot of Lushan Mountain of Jiangxi Province, covering a ground area of 33 Mu, about 21,999 square meters. It is built according to its natural terrain features, typical with garden style, wonderful climate and pleasant environment. Since 2009, the newly decorated Training Branch in Jiujiang can accommodate 200 people at the same time.
Chengde School of Advanced Technology (Training Branch in Chengde) is a newly built high-level professional training branch, locating at the east bank of the Luanhe River, at the foot of Shuangta Mountain, Shuangluan District of Chengde City, Hebei Province. It occupies a ground area of more than 46 Mu and the designed floor area totals about 13,000 square meters. Currently, the main teaching building is completed, offering service for the training of government employees in human resources and social security departments, vocational training on Building Information Modeling (BIM), Computer-Aided Design (CAD), 3D Printing and all kinds of skills training programs, and a variety of human resources training management service to society, accommodating 260 guests at the same time.
Along with the completion of the Chengde School of Advanced Technology, we have taken an excellent step forward in integrating the development of teaching staff, training materials and training branches.
We take an active part in international exchange and cooperation. During the past years, we have organized backbone teachers from Technicians institute to go to Canada and Germany for the technical skills and rapid manufacturing professional training. The carrying out of overseas training program furthermore promotes the teaching ideas of the teachers on the front, pushing the high-skilled talents training to further development.
Recently, we are responsible for the foreign delegation of the South-South Cooperation Projects which is contracted by MOHRSS and ILO and the academic training of the government officers from ASEAN countries.
